Keeping You Safe While Visiting ThedaCare
To protect our patients, team members and communities from potential exposure to COVID-19 when visiting our facilities, ThedaCare has implemented a number of safety measures, including procedural changes, cleaning protocols and increased testing.
Anyone who enters a ThedaCare facility must wear a mask. Masks will be provided to anyone who does not have one.
Particular facilities have been designated to isolate and provide care for COVID-19 patients, apart from other procedures and services.
Social Distancing & Signage
New facility signage helps patients practice social distancing. Facilities — including waiting rooms and registration — have been rearranged to ensure proper physical distancing.
Visitor restrictions remain in place at all facilities. If necessary, one visitor or support person may accompany patients to their appointment. Learn more about current visitor restrictions.

At ThedaCare, our top priority is making outstanding care convenient for our community. If you need care, do not have a primary care doctor and cannot access our virtual care services for any reason, call our Community Hotline.
